The building is conceived as a pavilion that follows the movement of ships and pedestrians inside an ex-industrial environment.

It is attached to a concrete crane-foundation inside the river. Τhe program was divided into massive volumes composed of smaller pasted up elements to enforce public accessibility and autonomy of each function.
