With David's work (the Oath of the Tennis Court - 1791) on the democratic gathering of people in a tennis court after the French revolution serνing as an archetype, the design at¬tempts to redifine the topological elements of indoor public space that can enhance freedom of speech. The empty space appear¬ing in the design above strives to transcend the rigid architectural form and make room for the presentation of ideas and proposals. The main architectural concept is the centralization of people as the project attempts to bring out the ΕΜΡΤΥ SPACE in a process of extraction from the initial mass.
